  • We welcome your furry friends at the Riata Inn! For a small additional fee of $10 per pet per night, we are happy to have pets stay with us (pets must be below 80lbs).
  • Due to liability policies, we, unfortunately, cannot accommodate large, aggressive breeds.
  • Authorized service animals are not subject to a fee. In situations where it is not obvious that the dog is a service animal, under ADA guidelines, team may ask two specific questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
  • Pet(s) must always remain within your control, either on a leash or in a carrier if outside your room.
  • If your pet(s) is left alone in the room, we ask that it is placed in a crate environment (or if not in a crate environment your “do not disturb” sign must be placed on the door)..
  • There is a $100.00 cleaning fee, determined solely by management, for a room left in an unsatisfactory condition.
  • Guest agrees and authorizes Riata Inn to assess charges to the credit card on file at registration for up to $250 for any and all damages discovered prior to or after departure, including, but not limited to: pet odor and stains, repair or replacement of hotel property, excessive and/or exceptional cleaning or extermination charges, loss of hotel revenue caused by the dog.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If your travel plans are to change, cancellation or modifications may be made at no fee if done 48 hours prior to the 3PM check in time of date of arrival.
    In an unlikely situation that requires cancellation within 48 hours of check in time of date of arrival, a fee equaling 100% of the first night's stay will be charged.
    In the event of a no show, a fee equaling 100% of the first nights stay will be charged and any remaining nights on reservation will be cancelled.

Terms & Conditions

  • Guest credit card provided will be charged on the day of arrival. Guests are required to show photo identification and present the credit card used for booking in order to receive room.
  • Although we do have smoking rooms available, any non-smoking room that has been smoked in will result in a $100 cleaning fee. We ask our guests to kindly step outside to smoke.
  • Front desk must be notified if travelling with a pet.
  • Please note that, while we will do our best to accommodate any special requests, they are subject to availability.
